If you follow me on Snapchat, you know that I like to make my "Mega Shake" with all these goodz in it. I'm not a big fan of veggies so this is how I get in a little bit of my micronutrients. Tastes good af too.
8 oz skim milk
40g pineapple, strawbs, and clementine mix
Oikos Triple Zero Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein
1-2 ice cubes
Highly recommend investing in a blender if you struggle getting in your fruits/veggies. One of the main reasons I got this blender was because I wanted a quick and easy way to ensure I hit my daily micronutrient goals. Having them finely chopped up may help with absorption as well, so this is an added bonus.
