- People who want a basic one-time training plan or meal plan. Coaching involves an in-depth, one-to-one coaching experience that includes much more personalization than some ebook you can buy for $47.

- People who don't want accountability each week. This is a monthly service where I provide feedback every single week to make sure we're on track with your diet and training program. If you're okay with doing half-ass work, expect half-ass results.
